The Cardinal football team lead by Cory Brack ended the 2013 campaign with a 5-4 record. This was the first winning season since 2009, highlighted by defeating arch rival Garden Plain for the first time in 14 years. 14 seniors graduated from the program that lead the way to a winning season.
The Lady Cardinals Volleyball team had an impressive showing Friday during pool play of the 3A State Tournament in Emporia.
