The JV girls basketball team finished the 2019 portion of the season with a strong performance at home against Sterling. The Cardinals used a full court defense that frustrated Sterling for most of the game. Cheney had twelve players contribute in the game and got points from ten different players. Perimeter shooting was especially good for Cheney, as five different players combined to make eight three point shots. Brooke Rosenhagen led the team with 12 points and Campbell Hague added 8. The team is 6-0, with an average margin of 31 points, heading into the Christmas break.
