The JV Lady Cardinals earned a home win over Trinity Academy, 37-28. Cheney built a lead in the first half in large part to strong outside shooting and a defensive effort that held the visitors scoreless in the second quarter. The tables turned in the second half, but Cheney held on for the win. Emma Harrison led the team with 11 points and Brooke Rosenhagen add 7. The JV team record on the season is now 13-1. Cheney will host Garden Plain on Friday.
